The Neighbourhoods
The development is divided into several neighbourhoods, bearing the names of the heroes of the Theseus legend such as:
Aegeas - the father
Ethra - the mother
Ariadne - the first love
Antiope - the first wife
Hippolytus - the son
Phaedra - the second wife e.t.c.
The neighbourhoods comprise detached, semi-detached and terraced housing units as well as apartments of various sizes at various levels. Every home offers magnificent panoramic sea views across Iraklion Bay and the town as well as towards the Ayia Pelayia bay. The units have wide spans, balconies, private gardens, storage rooms, multi-purpose/gym rooms, etc.
For aesthetic variety, the units are not identical. One, Two, three and four-bedroom units are available in two-storey buildings with basement. The roofs are either flat or domed, while some units have an atrium. Multi-storey units will have a private elevator. Every unit has its own private parking space and most have large private and common gardens, while many enjoy the use of a private heated outdoor pool. The larger homes will have areas designed for a sauna, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, fireplace, a multi-purpose/gym room, large wardrobes and a twin car park.
