THESEUS Beach Village is a self-contained development of international standard. Noted for its high quality of construction it comprises housing units in a variety of sizes and designs, so as to cater for holidaymakers as well as permanent residents. The units are grouped together in neighbourhoods, each with its distinct architectural style, designed to blend, to sit comfortably within the natural environment, ensuring the privacy of its residents and promising panoramic sea views. In addition to the private villas, the project also offers apartments of various sizes.

The neighbourhoods comprise detached, semi-detached and terraced housing units as well as apartments of various sizes at various levels. Every home offers magnificent panoramic sea views across Iraklion Bay and the town as well as towards the Ayia Pelayia bay. The units have wide spans, balconies, private gardens, storage rooms, multi-purpose/gym rooms, etc.

For aesthetic variety, the units are not identical. One, Two, three and four-bedroom units are available in two-storey buildings with basement. The roofs are either flat or domed, while some units have an atrium. Multi-storey units will have a private elevator.
