General info on the Location
The site of the project lies on the north-western side of Heraklion Bay in Crete, along a kilometer long seafront with panoramic views. The area has good road access to both local and long distance ( Heraklion – Chania E 90 ) destinations. The distance to the town of Heraklion is around 16 km, or little more than a ten minute drive. Driving time to Heraklion international airport is about 20 minutes and Chania is just over two hours away.
About Crete

Heraklion is full of life all year long, day and night, due to its big population, the students in the universities and the tourists. Therefore, you can find taverns, restaurants, vibrant café – bars and clubs open during the whole year.
The Theseus Beach Village is 15min. by car to the University Hospital and 20min by car to Venizelio Hospital. Additionally, in less than 2km distance there are two medical centers, one in Agia Pelagia and the other in Gazi. In addition to the above, within the Theseus community there are doctors of various specializations, who are permanent residents.

The Crete Golf Course, a world-class (P.G.A.) 18-hole golf course not too far from Theseus Beach Village is now operational and extends over 720,000 square meters.
