The development which contains all our properties for sale is the property of the Greek company TEAK S.A. of Heraklion, Crete. This financially sound company has invested considerable sums in developing the project's infrastructure, and has proceeded with the construction and completion of the first 125 housing properties (which are now occupied) prior to promoting their sale. The legality of the project and titles are guaranteed on titles and exchanged on final payment. In addition to this, beach improvements have been completed, one of the common pools is operational as are the 2 out of the 3 floodlit tennis courts, as well as the central sewage treatment plant landscaped areas etc. In carrying out these works, the company's aim was to allow the prospective buyer of a property to actually view a completed section of the development, before making any commitments. By visiting the site, prospective buyers can verify the nature and quality of the work that is underway in accordance with the plans as well as inspect the already completed houses for sale. The project is not mortgaged and it is free of any loans and other impediments.
