Theseus News - Latest developments

Dear residents,

As you may know already, we have now completed eight neighborhoods (Aigeas, Aethra, Hippolytos, Fedra, Andogeos, Antiopi, Akamas and Ariadni) consisting of 97 residences, all of which have been bought.

The beach with its newly reformed pier, the communal green areas, the Olympic sized swimming pool, the children’s area and two tennis courts are at your disposal to make your everyday reside in Theseus, a pleasant experience.

The Demofondas neighborhood is currently under construction, consisting of 30 residences (duplex homes and apartments of various sizes) and expanding in three zones, providing large exterior surroundings, gardens and verandas. The Demofondas neighborhood is situated in the north western part of the Village. The mountainous and costal surroundings of the particular spot together with the beautiful view of Agia Pelagia bay, create an interesting contrast with its austere and modern architectural design.

Furthermore the construction of a new neighborhood, Minotaurus, will begin the forthcoming months in the north-eastern region of the village, continuing our established tradition to quality architecture.
The communal swimming pool, tennis courts and football playing field placed in a site of unrivalled beauty offer the ideal living environment. Minotaurus neighborhood will incorporate eighteen residences.
