With this letter I wish to thank you once again for choosing Theseus as a place of residence and remind you of our intention to constant improvement, so as to make your stay all the more relaxed and enjoyable.

I wish to inform you that Theseus is working together with SBC consultants regarding its public relations and communications strategy, aiming at providing you with high quality services.

As part of this collaboration, SBC has been assigned to carry out a research project on behalf of Theseus Beach Village through personally interviewing its residents, aiming at determining satisfaction levels and taking down suggestions. This project will be running throughout the year 2009. Our customer service staff will be contacting you to schedule an interview appointment at a time and place which suits you.
