Common Use Areas

The common use areas, the element that makes the difference in Theseus, include:

• Commercial centre which, apart from commercial stores, will have a pharmacy, a first aid centre, etc.

• Two common use swimming pools.

• Sports facilities (tennis, basketball, futsal, beachvolley courts, jogging tracks).

• Playgrounds.

• Green areas and leisure areas.

• Restaurant.

• Beach sports and small marina.

SWIMMING POOL

There is one olympic size swimming pools (with children's pool) as well as its auxiliary facilities (changing rooms, showers, toilets) are already at the disposal of Theseus' residents.

It is located between the neighbourhoods Aethra and Hippolitus and at the same area there will be a snack bar.

The area surrounding the pool can be used by Theseus' residents as the venue of receptions, parties, gala dinners, etc. The unique view and the location of the pool guarantee relaxing days and unforgettable nights, with the bay of Heraklion at the background.

GREEN AREAS

Next to each neighbourhood, there are green areas and small parks, which can be used by all the residents in Theseus, for relaxation or activity, according to everyone's particular needs.

BEACH

In the southeaster part of the village, we have created a beautiful beach which, thanks to its orientation, is protected by most winds. Therefore, the sea is usually calm and its waters are always clear and tempting.

We have provided for all the necessary facilities (changing rooms, showers, toilets), so that the residents can enjoy the beach with comfort and security.

The marina which has been constructed offers the residents the possibility to moor small boats.

Totally in harmony with its environment, the beach is the main meeting point of the residents during the summer. The clear sea, the brilliant sun and the comfort that the beach offers, create all the necessary conditions for everyone to have a great summer time!

PLAYGROUNDS

Providing for Theseus' ...younger residents, we have created a playground very close to Akamas neighbourhood and a number of common greens.

A clean and comfortable environment for our little friends, who can play and enjoy themselves in security.
