About Heraklion
LOCAL INFRASTRUCTURE: GOLF COURSE AND MARINA
Crete in general - and Heraklion in particular - is the subject of an extensive programme of infrastructural improvement. The development of the airport and the local marina, as well as the recent completion of the connecting motorway among other projects will further enhance the developers' facilities.
The completion and operation of the Crete Golf Course, of the (P.G.A.) world-class 18-hole golf course not too far from the development is operational and it extends across 720.000 sq.m. It is the only international standard desert golf course in Greece, designed to blend in with the natural environment. The facility, which also includes a golf academy and a playground, is about 40 km from the development via direct motorway.
Theseus has entered into a special relationship with the Crete Golf regarding its clients; facilitating the membership and play. In addition the project is very close 10 minutes drive to Pantanassa marina 3 kms way with access via the highway close to the project.
