4th Letter to Existing Buyers

As I have promised to you, I will try and keep you posted on the project’s developments.

  • The new German/Russian language website is now ready. Also the Russian/German brochure has been printed.

  • The Demophon model flat is coming to an end and we expect that it will be completed end of November 2008.

  • The snag list has almost been completed save pending several items.

  • There is only 1 house for sale in Antiope, Androgeus has been sold out, whereas Demophon has 26 units left. The works are progressing, based on the time table of November/2008 and September/2009 (Demophon) delivery.

  • We are at present negotiating with the contractors to extend the project with the new phase (No.23) Minotaur, comprising of 18 units. Notwithstanding the prevailing global economic situation, 7 units have been reserved. The other phases will not commence at this point of time.

  • We have participated in international exhibitions at Birmingham (on the 26/9-28/9/09)at at Moscow (on the 9/10-12/10/08) and at Oslo (on the 18/10-19/10/08). We have also taken part in an international exhibition at Dubai (on 23/10-25/10/08).

  • The water works in order to improve the water supply have been completed and we are awaiting the electricity connection to the borehole by the authorities.

  • The internet system is in the process of being redesigned and Mr Galanis has informed you accordingly regarding increase of efficiency. External consultants have been appointed in order to improve the whole system further and work is in progress.

  • On the social face of Theseus we have:

    1. Subsidized the anticancer society (Angaliazo) with €6.000 in a social event that took place at Theseus Village on 27/9/08.

    2. I have participated based on the invitation by the Heraklion Rotary Club on 30/10/18 with a speech, which I gave on the subject “Holiday Homes for the foreign market and Crete” in one of its gatherings. A donation by Theseus has been made amounting to €2.000 in order to assist the club towards its social work.

    3. We have offered our Theseus reception for a local and well known artist (Mrs Barbara Daling) for her exhibition, which took place on 11/10/08. Theseus contributed the drinks and canapé as well as the event’s promotion.

    4. We are discussing with other charities, schools and others to extend our social goal towards the local community.
